Rates: Rates do not include County, State, City or School tax of 12%. Taxes and Rates are subject to change without notice. But all confirmed reservations with deposits paid will be honored even if our rates have increased in the meantime.

Early Departures: Guests must give a 48 hour notice of their intention to depart earlier than their scheduled date to avoid being charged.

Minimum Stays: Certain busy periods like special events, holiday weekends, Steamboat Days and Old Threshers etc, are subject to minimum stays. In such cases, there will be no refunds for stays that are shortened to fewer days than the minimum stay required.

Additional Guests: Rates quoted are for the number of persons sharing the same room. Additional guests may be registered at a charge of $10.00 per night, per extra person. A maximum of two person per bed are permitted to register per room.

Deposits: An Advance deposit is required to confirm a reservation. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, DINERS, CARTE BLANCE, TRAVELERS CHECKS.
                                          WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS
For reservations of less than one week, one night's room charge is required for an advance deposit. For a reservation of seven nights or more, two night's room charge is required as an advance deposit. The balance of the room charges and taxes will be charged upon check-in.

Cancellation:You must cancel 2 DAYS (48 hours) prior to your arrival date in order to receive a refund of your deposit. SPECIAL EVENTS and HOLIDAYS you must cancel One Week (7 days) prior to your arrival date in order to receive a refund of your deposit.
                             All cancellations will be charged a $10.00 administrative fee.

Non-registered person: We want our guests to rest well here, so we ask for quiet after 10:30 p.m. and require all non-registered persons to leave at that time.

Pets: NO! Not at all! Please don't ask!

Confidentiality: We never sell or share our guest list with anyone.

Smoking policy Our non-smoking rooms are to be used for non-smoking guests as well as anyone visiting non-smoking rooms. We will stongly enforce a room cleaning charge of $150.00.
